Become a valued Member of EDNZ

Economic Development New Zealand (EDNZ) is a national membership organisation that empowers and enables economic development teams and professionals across New Zealand.

Our key focus areas are:

  • Influence – through strong advocacy (focus on local and central government) and input into relevant policy development;

  • Connection – through being a navigator and providing networking events, including the annual conference; and

  • Development – (practitioners) through Continuous Professional Development Programmes (CPD) and other learning opportunities.

Our members work in various roles at the local, regional, and national level, including in the private sector. No matter your role or organisation, EDNZ has a place for you.
